Internal programs are unlike any other projects and are therefore near and dear to us. To put it bluntly, internal communications is very similar to running an ad agency as you have to think of media mix, messaging calendars, stats, and the wow factors. We congratulate our client in letting us present an unorthodox idea and run with it. That’s how greatness happens…trust.
This particular project was geared towards the front line associates at Hyatt in order to get them aligned with a new client centric system. The program itself is multifacted with various creative elements but the purpose was to creative a friendly competitive environment between associates that would in the end deliver on key results as well as align employees in how they describe the new system.
